The Limestone Coast Wine Industry Council is a conduit for funding for research and wineshow activities. These funds are sourced from various agencies for specific projects. The council relies on raising levies from the regional associations to cover administrative costs, enabling the council to participate in a coordinated & professional manner in its activities.
